Mini Caramel Apple Pies

These mini caramel apple pies are full of fall flavor & extremely easy to make! In fact, only 6 ingredients, and takes less than an hour. Done and done. We used Salted Caramel Granola for half & then Bourbon Pecan Granola for the rest and wow were they delicious with the apples & caramel! Salty, sweet, tart, and they're all gone...



  • 1 apple; used Granny Smith as I love the tartness it brings to pie dishes
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Crescent Rolls
  • Caramels
  • Favorite Nola Granola 


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F, line baking sheet 

  • Chop the apple into small parts, then roll into the cinnamon and sugar mix 
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate the triangles

  • Place a caramel, apple bits, & Nola Granola on each triangle

  • Roll the dough tightly, seal the edges, then roll between your palms to form a ball

  • Toss each ball into a cinnamon sugar mixture and place onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the mini pies are golden brown

  • Serve warm
