Salted Caramel Blueberry Butter Ball

During one of our Farmer's Market event at Whole Foods in the Green Hills neighborhood, I overheard Wendy of Wise Butter talking about making Butter Balls. I'm immediately thought, YES!! Who doesn't love butter?! And I could make a killer butter ball with our granola as a new twist on the classic cheese ball hor d'oeurve. Brilliant right? Well apparently Wendy wasn't talking about Butter Balls... but she was on board with it! Here is her delicious, really delicious, Lemon Blueberry Butter packed with our Salted Caramel Granola. Oh yeah, this appetizer was gone the same night I put it out for our friends. 
  • 1, or more, butter packs from Wise Butter of Nashville - we used her limited edition Lemon Blueberry
  • 1 bag of Nola Granola - we used Salted Caramel
  • Crackers or bread
  • Will need a rolling pin or a hard flat surface to crush about 1/4 cup of granola
Press granola into the top and bottom of the butter.
To crush granola into a finer crumble,
Put the amount you'd like crushed into a zipper bag.
Try to get as much air out as possible. 
Using a rolling pin, roll over the granola in the bag ultimately crushing & creating a finer granola dust. 
    Roll & press the sides into the crushed granola. 
    Enjoy! I'm so excited to try out more flavor combinations from Nola Snack co & Wise Butter!
